C﻿armen has been a motivational speaker in spiritual subjects for several decades, she is an author and coordinator of The Aquarian Team, a team of writers  dedicated to spiritual blossoming based on the teaching of Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, a world reknowned philosopher bringing methods and exercises to move into the coming Aquarius and Golden Age.

Every Thursday evening, 7:30-8:30. Silent/sitting meditation. Slight guidance if requested, otherwise we each use our preference method.
