Description

Join Cassidy for a guided meditation for stress relief, as well as tools to invite relaxation and better sleep into our lives. We'll use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/tapping), journaling, and sound healing to facilitate rest and relaxation.

The yoga portion of this class will be lead by the amazing Ali Boyes. She will give you both the knowledge and tools to prepare your body and mind for a good night sleep. Experience the support yoga can have on creating balance within the nervous system and how this effects the various sleep patterns you encounter. You will be guided through a yoga practice that will help stimulate the parasympathetic system, fusing together components of breath work, slow & mindful movement, and calming yin yoga postures. All of this will prepare the body and mind to move to a place of presence, shed layers of tension & stress, calming the mind to allow you to move into a deeper state of rest and relaxation.

Option to add on acupuncture with Zach Olesinski, R.Ac, ADS.
