Many people have received Mindfulness-based or meditation training - AND THEN - where do you go to continue the practice in the company and support of others? This is a weekly community gathering where we come together to support each other in the practices of meditation & somatic movement. All meditation zabutons, zafus, chairs, benches and yoga props are provided.
Practicing Member - A practicing member attends Yoga and/or Meditation as a regular practicing member of the ENSO Sangha. Choose how many weeks you are able to attend. Keep track through the honor system. 16/12/6 week memberships.
All Together Member - A full practicing member who works with very limited financial capacity and requires financial grace to attend weekly practice. This membership is made possible by Supporting Member donations. One time fee with access to all 16 weeks.
Supporting Member - A supporting member expresses generosity by way of a financial donation to support practicing members who experience very limited financial means. Generosity gives life and vibrancy to the Sangha and removes social economic barriers. A supporting member may or may not be registered as a practicing member. Support is given through following Canada Helps link below and will provide a registered charitable tax receipt.

Explore how alignment, breathing, balancing, stretching and strengthening provide the ideal opportunity to apply Buddhist meditation techniques to experience your mind, bring awareness to habits, and open your heart. Melissa guides you in both movement and stillness (meditation) practices, as well as offers dharma and poetry readings. Each class encourages gentleness of breath, attention to alignment, creative movement, and explorations on inhabiting a body.
What kind of Yoga (Somatic Movement) practice?
Practice is strong, flowing, gentle, creative, and accessible in the same way we might want our lives to be ~
Movement that helps us to get back in touch with our bodies in a myriad of ways.
