Description

An eight week course to help you reduce your stress response through stretching, breathing, and some resotrative Yoga poses. This class will have you feeling refreshed and help you to deeply let go of tension.

Most students say they sleep really well after these classes and that they feel calmer and more peaceful throughout their week!

You will also learn many tips on how to move to keep you healthy and mobile throughout your life. Sophie uses her experience as a Thai Massage Practitioner who treats pain and misalignments that cause joint deterioration, to guide her students into poses needed to regain healthy posture and balance in the body.

This class is accessible for most bodies and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced students looking to deepen their practice with a meditative approach.
