It’s time to head off on a Mediterranean adventure with Jill. The night will begin with homemade baba ghanoush served with warm pita, followed by village style Greek salad drizzled with Jill’s favourite Greek olive oil. Next is a Spanish classic, paella, filled with chorizo, chicken and shrimp. We all know the Italians love their desserts, so the night will end with a creamy espresso panna cotta with biscotti.
