Friends Who Are Going
Event description

Description

We are hosting a free pre-concert BBQ to provide you with the opportunity to do a Meet & Greet with Cheryl Bear. Space is limited. Register today.

Cheryl Bear is a spokesperson for CBM's She Matters 4 Canada campaign. She is a gifted communicator and community leader from the Nadleh Whu'ten First Nations in Northern BC. Cheryl is helping to educate and facilitate a conversation with churches on how to engage in learning and faithful witness with our Indigenous neighbours, as well as raising awareness about the disproportionate number of missing and murdered women within that community. The free concert is Saturday, August 26 at 6:30 pm at Crandall University. This event is open to everyone.
