About this event
Meet with Kazu Kibuishi, creator of the bestselling graphic novel series, Amulet.
*This program is for all ages (9 years and older recommended). Priority will be given to confirmed RHPL card holders.

Kazu Kibuishi is the writer and artist of the New York Times Bestselling AMULET graphic novel series, published by Scholastic Graphix. He is also the editor, art director and cover artist of the EXPLORER and FLIGHT Comic Anthologies, and the creator of the webcomic Copper. Kazu began drawing comics at the age of 5. He graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Film and Media Studies, and worked in graphic design, architecture, and the animation industry before finding his way back to making comics. He currently works as a full-time graphic novelist. He also speaks at schools. Kazu is married to author Amy Kim Kibuishi. They reside in the Pacific Northwest with their two children. How to access the program:
In order to participate in this program, you'll need to log in to Zoom using a secure link and password. This information will be sent to the email address you've provided. If you have not received an email from the program lead by the day before the program, please contact the Library. Be sure to check your spam folder.
Please note that all participants must register for this program in advance. Do not share the program link or password among friends and family. You can, however, direct them to the registration page.
Using video:

In this program, we also ask that parents appear on screen with their child/teen upon entering the virtual room, and remain on screen until the program lead has confirmed their registration. Afterwards, the child/teen may remain on screen alone.
