Join us on January 22, 2013 for an intimate and exclusive evening at Ratinaud Charcuterie. For this event our hosts Frederic Tandy (Ratinaud) and Susan Meldrum (Avondale) will guide us through 3 unique wine pairings, while giving us insights into how they are both contributing to the local food movement.
The food pairings are as follows:
1. Carmalized turnip puree, goose confit, fresh apples, baby arugula
2. Fresh oyster, cucumber salad, orange powder
3. Vanilla squash mousse, bacon infusion, carrot confit.
The wine selections will be a surprise!
