MARTA HEWSON — I have been shooting professionally for 16 years and I specialize in Commercial, Portrait,
and Fashion photography. My commercial work mostly involves shooting promotional campaigns for large local companies, and my Portrait work focuses mostly on teen portraits. Model portfolios, and Fashion Editorials for local magazines are the majority of my fashion work right now, but I’m working on expanding into Fashion Advertising. I am actively involved in helping Hamilton’s fashion industry grow, alongside other photographers and various industry professionals. I love learning and experimenting every chance I get. I practice (and play) often. I am inspired by the Old (and new) Masters in fashion photography and painting.
LISA POSHNI — Lisa is a newborn and family fine-art portrait photographer serving the Hamilton, Burlington & surrounding areas from her studio at 270 Serman. Specializing in the art of newborn posing, maternity and children, Lisa creates timeless pieces to be cherished for years to come. With education in both Photography and Graphic design, Lisa offers an extensive knowledge of both worlds.
* CAVEAT * As with all our mentor sessions, the only topic that is off limits is seeking reviews on your images for the purposes of accreditation. Why? Because there is a pre-accreditation review process in place that is much better suited for that. Information can be found on the PPOC website, when you are logged in.
We look forward to seeing your beautiful faces at this meeting!
