Description

Learn how to release your connective tissue system, improve your range of motion, reduce stress and speed up recovery time inbetween workouts. This class will focus on simple moves for healing and how to restore balance in your hips and hamstrings. Using simple self-care routines we will bring hydration and length into your connective tissue of the hips, hamstrings and lower spine.

This class is suitable for all levels. (Level 2 moves will be introduced in this workshop.)

Please bring your own water bottle. All of the props are provided.
