Member Morning with the City of Toronto's CXi Program

Our Member Mornings are drop-in events meant to provide space for Civic Hall Toronto members to showcase innovative work, discuss common challenges and questions, and share best practices.

For this month’s Member Morning, we’ll be in the CXi Lab – the home of the City of Toronto's new Customer Experience Transformation & Innovation (CXi) program.

The CXi program was established in the fall of 2019 to unify the City of Toronto’s customer service initiatives and focus on improving the customer experience. The program is tackling meaningful and complex challenges affecting residents of Toronto through new tools, technology, ideas and approaches.
