Men’s Breathwork and Inner Child Healing Workshop
Overview
Are you struggling in your relationship?
Emotionally reactive or "unavailable"?
Feeling disconnected from who you know you can be?
As men, we need a safe space to process what is underneath our triggers.
Many of us turn to anger because it is what we have always known.
Most of our other emotions have never been allowed.
Many of us have not been given an opportunity to truly slow down and connect with moments from our past and feelings in our body that keep taking over.
This is a space to do just that.
Come learn, breathe, and heal.
TOPICS YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT:
- Why you get triggered and become emotionally reactive or shut down
- How to identify the source of your triggers
- Methods to calm yourself and take control when you're triggered
- What the inner child is and how to get to know him
- Deep healing breathwork to help you heal yourself
- Opportunities for you to ask questions and share your thoughts
Breathwork is the #1 tool I recommend for taking control of your emotions.
"How we breathe is how we live"
This is the most important phrase my teachers have consistently said to me.
Your breath pattern reflects everything you are "holding" onto, emotionally and mentally.
Breathwork helps you to process your pain, feel more peace, and control your emotions.
This is how we connect with the wounded boy within who is causing us to show up the wrong ways in our relationships.
This will be a 60-minute guided breathwork and inner child healing journey.
I will give a talk and facilitate a discussion about men's wounding and healing before we start.
There will be space to share about your experience and why you are here before and after the breathwork.
My intention is for this space to feel like a sanctuary for you to connect with your inner child and create a deeper sense of peace within.
If you feel uncertain as to whether this is for you, or you would like to ask a question, email me: jack@wholesome.guide
See you soon,
Jack
To Prepare:
You will need a comfortable place to lie down, such as a yoga mat, couch, or bed. I recommend having two pillows (one to optionally hug or squeeze) and a blanket. We will start seated, but once we shift to the guided journey, I'll have you lie down and place your computer beside you so that I can see your breathing pattern and provide guidance.

If you don't already know me (or want a refresher), I'm a somatic healing coach. My mission is rooted in healing and personal growth, drawing from personal experiences with overcoming anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks, as well as major relationship struggles that caused me a deep sense of shame and to be emotionally reactive. My toolkit spans many modalities and includes shadow work, breathwork, meditation, somatic healing, men's work, and psychedelic integration. My goal is to support you in coming into wholeness – meaning feeling safety, love, and connection with all parts of yourself.
