Mens' Mental Health Brunch

*CASUAL/STYLISH DRESS CODE *

Join us for our LAST event of the year, a buffet-style brunch, as we unpack mens' mental and physiological health in this Movember-themed event. There will be lots of food and a curated discussion focused on topics that affect men in our present society. The discussion will be lead by men (in collaboration with DeRico Symonds), but there are spots available for women to attend as well because we recognise that men's wellness is a community issue and not just a mens' issue. 

Uncovering topics surrounding toxic masculinity, stigma, societal expectations of men, and more, we will have open dialogue and aim to share personal stories and resources with you in an intentionally-created safe space. Best of all, you will leave this event with a beautiful, meaningful depiction of the theme which our artist will help guide you to create in our mini painting session following brunch.
