Join us for a conversation with like-minded public-sector professionals on Mental Health with a focus on:

  • Wellbeing and psychological self-care strategies. 
  • The stigma associated with mental illness and how it impacts relationships at work.
  • How we can all contribute to fostering a safe and healthy environment.

 

You will exchange with the following panelists:

  • Paula Pyne, Uplift Consulting
  • Steven Dolan, Health Canada
  • Ed Mantler, Mental Health Commission of Canada

 

Please select the workshop you want to participate in.
