Description

Hour talks on mental health and wellness, alternating Fridays at 8am In the HOpe Centre Atrium. The Mental Health Breakfasts are jointly organized by the Kelty Dennehy Mental Health Resource Centre, Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute (VCHRI) and CHMA North and West Vancouver.

A complimentary breakfast is catered and served by Blenz HOpe Café and generously funded by our sponsors. All are Welcome, RSVP is required to ensure adequate catering.

Gill Walker, Occupational Therapist
at the HOpe Center

Gill and Janet will explore and explain the Hearing Voices Movement, talk about the UBC Master of Occupational Therapy Hearing Voices Research Project, talk about Vancouver Hearing Voices Groups. Janet will share her experiences with the North Shore Hearing Voices Group and how it has transformed her experiences with her own voices.
