About this event

Let's Talk About Mental Health! This spring we're coming together to discuss mental health. 1 in 5 Canadians have an experience that pertains to their mental health regardless of race, age and socio-economic background. Our event will feature mental health advocates and professionals and will include an Afrocentric discussion panel and open conversation. Help us end the stigma surrounding mental health in black and racialized communities

This is a ticketed event: A limited number of $5 tickets will be available May 1, 2019 - McMaster and Mohawk Students are able to attend at no cost WITH a pre-obtained and registered ticket in their name (1 per person) but they must have a student identification card to present on the day of the event (Ticket charge can be paid without ID).

***While we are aware mental health affects people of all ages there will be adult content discussed at this event so it is restricted to guests who are ages 17 and up***
