About this event
DETAILS:
Managing your mental health is a critical component of your professional success. Whether you are early in your career, job hunting or a mature professional, stressors related to balancing your work and personal life can cause burnout. Immigrants can be more susceptible to mental health concerns given their lack of a strong social support network and cultural acclimatization.
We invite all our IWS members to be part of this open conversation to share your experience and strategies on how to deal with stress, frustration, isolation and any other challenges which impacted their mental health.
We welcome insights from mental health and well being advocates.
AGENDA:
6:00 pm: Network and Registration
6:30 pm: Facilitated Discussion
7:45 pm: Closing Thoughts
Light refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring your own food and beverage.
Front Doors will be Locked. Call Sweta to get in.
