This talk is focused on improved self-care, including reduced burnout, exhaustion, and improving relationship conflict due to stress. Resiliency skills provide the ability to give yourself better care and a greater chance to succeed.
How we view hardships and stress strongly affects how we succeed, and this is one of the most significant reasons that having a resilient mindset is so important.
Resiliency is our ability to adapt and bounce back when things don't go as planned. Instead of dwell on failures; resilience helps us acknowledge the situation, learn from our mistakes, and then move forward.
