About this event
ARMA VI is proud to offer a customized 90-minute webinar workshop that will deliver concrete strategies to assist in navigating common challenges and stressors faced by those working in information management. This content rich session will also focus on enhancing mental wellbeing, building resiliency, and fostering mental fitness.
In this ‘roll up your sleeves’ and highly interactive session participants will:
- Discover mindset strategies to stay nimble and flexible especially during times of uncertainty, stress, and constant change
- Learn how revitalize and reenergize with 5-minute brain breaks
- Gain strategies to maintain perspective and reinforce purpose for the work they do
- Explore effective communication strategies for common records management challenges with others
This online workshop will take place Wednesday, February 10 from 10:00am – 11:30am. A recording will be made available to registrants after the webinar. Registrants are not required to attend the live session to have access to the recording.

Meet our facilitator: Sara Wegwitz RN BSN, ECPC
Sara Wegwitz is a Registered Nurse with a specialization in mental fitness, resiliency training, and performance coaching. She specializes in helping individuals and teams of people renovate their outlook, build confidence, and transform how they think through “bite-sized” training experiences.
Sara brings over 20 years of experience and education in the fields of critical care, health sciences, program development, facilitation, leadership, and coaching. She is passionate about supporting the mental health and wellbeing of others.
She has a demonstrated and proven track record working with branches of the federal, provincial, and municipal governments, corporate and non-profit organizations, first responders (police and fire), and athletes.
