Everyone has a story to tell… and we are excited to have our members back for our mentorship mixer in-person after 2 years! Our annual mentorship event features accomplished and distinguished mentors from various industries and is a great opportunity for participants to connect with each other and share their experiences.

During registration, Mentees will choose topics for discussion and will be seated with Mentors in small groups at round tables in three rotations of 30-minutes. Be prepared for an evening filled with interesting conversations and come share your stories with the rest of the group in a safe and casual environment.

Note that WCE is an inclusive community. While our events are curated for those working in consulting engineering, much of our content will interest those working in similar industries – you are welcome to be part of our community. As always, all genders are welcome and encouraged to attend our events. Binnie is committed to supporting women in the consulting industry through our staff-led RISE initiative, which is a program that supports employees at Binnie who identify with the female-lived experience in the engineering workplace. RISE's mission is to raise female voices in a collaborative and goal-driven environment through regular events that connect and empower change.
