Mexican Independence Fiesta
Enjoy live traditional mariachi with Mariachi los Gallos followed DJ Nexus and Latintos!
Book early for our special Mexican menu by Flor Mexicana and be sure to ask about our paloma, margarita and michelada cocktail specials.
At midnight we will be streaming ‘El Grito’ direct from Mexico so that we can join Mexicans around the globe in hearing the President address the people from the balcony of the National Palace in Mexico City on the eve of Mexican Independence Day. Viva Mexico!

Advance Tickets are $20 (more at the door) or $65 plus gratuity with dinner.
$20 tickets are general admission and do not guarantee seating without a dinner reservation.

includes the cover charge plus choice of one appetizer, one main course and one dessert. Tax and 18% gratuity are additional
Choice of Appetizer
Ensalada Azteca - Mixed spring greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, sliced avocado and roasted corn. Tossed in a lime vinaigrette and topped with crispy tortilla slivers.
Tostadas - Choice of Tinga (pulled chicken), Salpicón (pulled beef, onions and tomatoes) or Portobello Mushrooms
Guacamole - Avocado mixed with tomatoes, onions, fresh cilantro and serrano chilies, served with our homemade corn tortilla chips.
Choice of Main Course
Mole Poblano de Pollo - Slow-cooked quarter chicken, smothered in dark rich traditional Mexican mole sauce, served with Mexican rice and roasted seasonal vegetables.
Chile en Nogada - A baked poblano pepper filled with your choice of picadillo (ground beef, diced carrots and potatoes), cheese or portobello mushroom. Topped with a creamy walnut sauce and garnished with pomegranate seeds.
Pozole - A traditional ancho and guajillo based Mexican red soup. With pork, hominy and topped with shredded lettuce, onion slivers and radishes.
Costillas a la Mexicana (additional $9) Traditional Beef short-ribs, slow cooked in a tomato, onion, jalapeño & red wine sauce. Topped with caramelized onions, served with confit cambrai potatoes & seasonal roasted vegetables.
Choice of Dessert
Tres Leche - Traditional light sponge cake, soaked in sweet milk and covered with fresh strawberries. Topped with a dollop of freshly whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed Oreo cookies.
Churros - Deep fried, Mexican pastry made with unsweetened dough and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.

Mariachi Los Gallos
Founded by Roberto Mestizo in 2012, Los Gallos Mariachi and featuring six talented and enthusiastic musicians from diverse areas of Mexico performing lively traditional Mexican repertoire.
Latintos
With members from Chile, Mexico, Cuba and the Philippines, this band’s name combines the word Latinos and tinto (Spanish for red wine). the high energy group performs cumbia, ska and rock hits from Latin America.
