FREE 5-week series offered to family caregivers to help understand the changes and care required in the mid-late stages of dementia.

About this Event

This is a 5-week series offered to family caregivers to facilitate a better understanding of the changes and care required in the late stages of dementia.

What can you expect in the mid-late stages and what do you need to know to plan for dementia care at that time?

  • June 2nd: Managing the Changes
  • June 9th: Safety in the Home
  • June 16th: Decisions for end of life care
  • June 23rd: When to apply for long term care
  • June 30th: Managing the transition to long term care

Sign up for the series in Oakville if you are a family caregiver and want to learn more. Respite care can be arranged for current day program clients if a family member would like to participate in the series.
