Get a handle on this one! This two-day workshop is about throwing basic shapes on the potter's wheel and exploring various styles of mugs from modern to whimsical. Learn how to pull a traditional handle and make a truly personal mug. Clay is not provided.

The Arts Station is the hub of Fernie, BC’s cultural scene. With two Art Galleries, a 100 seat Theatre, Craft and Painting Studio, Pottery Studio and Workshop/Meeting spaces, there’s always something going on.

We are the organisers of Wednesday Night Socials, the annual Dumpster art painting project, the city Banner project and other town events on behalf of the City as well as the home to Fernie Community Choir and the Opera society.

We are also available to hire to all local community groups and artists.
