Join REACH Edmonton and the Office of Councillor Keren Tang as we explore how we might develop community driven ideas on how to make Millwoods Town Centre a safer and more vibrant place for the community.
We are inviting all those who use the Millwoods Town Centre as a place to work, play and visit. We would love to see the following participate in our discussions:
- Businesses within and neighbouring the Mill Woods Centre
- Families and youth who are patrons of the mall
- Commuters who use the Edmonton Transit Service station
- Residents in neighbouring communities within Ward Karhiio
Our community engagement sessions will be divided into two sessions:
Session 1: Understanding/ prioritising safety issues

Location: Online via Zoom
The goal of this session will be to understand what the safety issues are regarding the Mill Woods Town Centre and what the challenges and opportunities are in addressing them.
Session 2: Coming up with solutions
Date: TO BE DETERMINED
Location: Online via Zoom
The goal of this second session will be to develop ideas on how to respond to safety concerns and assess which resources need to be called on for support.
