MIND, MEDITATION AND HAPPINESS WORKSHOP

In this workshop you will learn the basics of stress-reducing breathing techniques and meditations that are taught in the “Art of living Happiness program”. Also, the program will be a unique platform to learn simple yet powerful tools for a better control over your mind from senior experts who have been teaching these almost 10 years!
The interactive workshop also offers:
· Powerful breathing exercises.
· Effortless Guided meditation.
· Practices that can infuse body with energy and helps calm the mind.
· Knowledge session on different sources of energy.

There are many circumstances in our life like we often find ourselves stuck in the same thought pattern and as a result, we feel drained of energy. However, there are powerful breathing techniques we can use to help us break out of these loops. Come out for this introductory workshop where we will explore the secret links between our mind, emotions and breath.
Cost? This is a free Workshop.
Car parking? You can park in the Vacant spots after 4.30 for free in the University. Considering the venue it would be better to park in one of the following spot:
