ABOUT MINDFUL HALF-DAY:

Mindful Half Day is an opportunity for individuals to nurture their mindfulness practice within the energy, support and company of others or a “sangha” (community). The half-days are led by experienced facilitators, trained in mindfulness and/or yoga. The mindfulness facilitator(s) & yoga instructors will guide practices in sitting meditation, body scan, mindful walking, mindful movements/gentle hatha or restorative yoga, book readings, dharma sharing, and mindful eating. The mindful half days can help foster your mindfulness practice throughout every moment of your life- not just at the centre but also at home, work, commuting from one location to another, talking, listening and much more.

As mindful eating is an integral part of the practice, please bring a packed vegan/vegetarian lunch. We will provide light snack/desserts (tea, fruits, vegetables and dessert). For more details about the event and/or to register, please view below.
