Do you want to learn how to practice mindfulness but don't know where to start?
This workshop is meant for mamas who have a million things going on and feel like they're constantly reacting to what life throws at them.
You desire to be more present for those who matter most to you (including yourself!!), to be more intentional with your daily choices, and you dream of finding more calm amidst the chaos.
I will share super simple ways to reframe your perspective, to root yourself in the present moment, and to give yourself a chance to pause and respond with intention.
You may have dabbled in meditation and have struggled with making it a regular occurrence because it feels impossible to add anything more into your jam-packed days.
In this workshop, we’ll talk about how to first build mindfulness into what you already have going on instead of trying to add to your busy schedule. I want to help you comfortably dip your toes into the mindfulness waters before diving right in, to ensure you feel equipped to create consistent and sustainable habits!
