Description

Join us Saturday afternoons to learn meditation techniques that will help you reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self-awareness, well-being and happiness.

Mindful Meditation will take place from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on the second floor of Central Library, in Room B on May 16 and in Room A on June 6, July 4 and August 1.

This program is offered in partnership with Meditation Toronto. Adults and teens are welcome.

Registration is required for each session. Registration begins on Monday, March 16, at 9:30 am. Space is limited, so please register today to reserve your spot.
