Winter can feel heavy - shorter days, colder nights, and the quiet moments that sometimes make us feel a little disconnected. That’s why I’m inviting you to join a gentle, heart-centred Mindful Meditation Session designed to bring warmth, clarity, and peace back into your Winter season.
This is a cozy, beginner-friendly gathering created for anyone who wants to:

🌿 Take a mindful pause for themselves without any pressure
During this session, we’ll breathe together, reflect together, and hold a space that feels calm, safe, and deeply human. Winter is easier when we don’t go through it alone - and meditation becomes even more powerful when shared with a warm, welcoming community.
Whether you’re new to meditation or already practice it, this session is simply about showing up as you are and giving yourself a moment of stillness.
