About this event

Give yourself the gift of self-care by taking 20 minutes each Monday to bring your awareness into the present moment with a live, guided mindfulness practice. No experience in mindfulness is required, just the willingness, and openness to try. All are welcome to attend and to practice at their comfort level.

Important Note: Due to the nature and short time period of this event, participants are not permitted to join after 12:05 p.m.

Please note that participants must be a resident of Nova Scotia (Canada) in order to participate in our programs. Please reach out to us if you are outside of Nova Scotia and would like more information.
