About this event

Give yourself the gift of self-care by taking 20 minutes on the first Monday of the month* to practice mindfulness. Why? Mindfulness has the power to reduce stress, anxiety and chronic pain (really!). No experience is required, just the willingness to try. All are welcome to attend and to practice at their comfort level. Important Note: Due to the nature and short time period of this event, participants are not permitted to join after 12:05 p.m.

*If the first Monday of the month falls on a holiday or office closure, it will run the following Monday.

This event is only for those residing within Nova Scotia or other parts of Canada.
