Event Details

Mindful Movement Yoga:

A fun and powerful way for people to learn body awareness, how to use their breath as a tool and how to settle their mind and bodies. Yoga classes include breathing exercises, yoga poses and mindful meditation appropriate for each age group and/or skill level. Activities will include focusing on the breath, creating poses with the body, being guided through meditations such as a loving-kindness meditation or a body scan.
