A NAIT Alumni Lifelong Learning Presentation
Could you use some more peace, quiet and calm in your life? Join Embodiment Guide, Nicole Rose (Marketing '08) as she shares the benefits of a regular meditation practice and tips that anyone can use to get started - no experience necessary.
Did you know there is more than one way to meditate? Together, participants will try out a few different meditation techniques to help you discover your unique meditation style, because the best meditation style for you, is one that you actually do.
This presentation is part of the NAIT Alumni Lifelong Learning series and is free to all NAIT alumni. The presentation begins at 6:00 pm. Please note you will receive an email 2-3 days before the event with access instructions.
Nicole Rose, Founder, Radiant Soul
Nicole Rose (Marketing '08) is passionate about helping you discover joy and peace in your life. As an Embodiment Guide, Nicole uses a variety of techniques and modalities - such as mindfulness and meditation - to help you learn to respond to life’s demands, rather than react.
Prior to sustaining a concussion, Nicole spent countless hours guiding groups of children and adults to find their center through hoola hooping and ecstatic dance. Now, after years of studying the effects of combining breath and mindfulness techniques and putting them into practice to manage her own post-concussion syndrome, Nicole guides people to find their centre so they can remain calm in the eye of the storm.
