Sure, self-care can come in the form of bath bombs, scented candles or a weekend away – but what good are those things if you spend that whole time in your head or stuck on feelings?

Mindfulness is a set of skills you can use anywhere and anytime to help you navigate difficult thoughts and feelings and make the most of your life.

In this workshop, we’ll experiment with different methods of practicing mindfulness to help you:

⇒ Overcome overthinking and rumination

⇒ Navigate difficult emotions

⇒ Develop focus and be more present

⇒ Discover what matters and get the most out of life
