Description

This five session program will build on the mindfulness and self-compassion skills learned in MSC 4 Week Training Phase 1. This course includes the opportunity of a 1/2 day Silent Retreat in addition to four weekly classes.

You will learn new information, skills and practices that you can use to apply your mindfulness and self-compassion skills to different areas of your life including dealing with difficult emotions and difficult people. The skills you will learn will help you in all areas of your life.

Research has been exploding the last ten years showing a strong link between mindfulness and self-compassion and less negative emotions (anxiety, anger, frustration, stress, depression) and, at the same time, the strong development of more positive emotions (relationship satisfaction, healthier lifestyle behaviours, increased happiness and overall wellbeing.

Join us for a safe exploration of mindfulness and self-compassion. This program is for anyone interested in learning skills to support themselves to be happier, less reactive, less stressed and more loving towards themselves and others.

Program will be offered for 4 consecutive weeks starting Monday March 5th. The 1/2 day Silent Retreat will be scheduled at a later date.
