In this interactive workshop has been adjusted for children ages 6 - 12 years of age. Through this workshop they will practice breathing, body awareness, and social connection techniques. These techniques will improve the quality of their singing voice. But more importantly, they will help kids to think of singing as a potential mindfulness practice that reduces stress, promotes well being, and encourages social connection.
