Description

Mindfulness is the process of focusing one's awareness on the present moment, coupled with the acceptance of one's thoughts, feelings, and experiences. One of the methods through which this state can be achieved is meditation.

This series of workshops will help you develop a more mindful approach to life. Each class is free, although donations are appreciated.
