Does the cold dark winter weather leave you feeling flat?

Come join me for a journey through mindfulness to help scatter the winter blues. Learn strategies, meditations and breathing techniques that can effectively increase you energy, motivation and positivity. Anyone can do it - whether you're a beginner or want to broaden your practice.

This 6-Week course runs Monday January 15 - Monday February 26, 2018 from 7-8:30pm. There will be no class on Monday February 19 for Family Day.

Sessions will include meditation and time for questions and discussion. Seating will be on chairs. Cushions and mats will also be available. You will receive a MindSana tip sheet, and all guided meditation will be available to you on MindSana's website, mindsana.com.
