During 2020 so far, people have really had their mental wellbeing shaken and put to the test.
How should we react? What should we do? What should we say?
Bubbles and Brews Canada wanted to share our love of meditation and spread the feeling of being present in the moment without judgment. This event will encourage clarity, calm and a positive mindset. This will all be found through the practice of meditation, yoga and journaling.

On the 29th August 2020, we will be sharing an afternoon with the very calming and lovely Carolina from The Lia Project https://www.instagram.com/liaproject/ Carolina and guest will be guiding you on this journey of calm, through the practice of meditation, yoga and journaling. Bubbles and Brews Canada and our AHS approved mobile consumables van will be onsite during the workshop providing you with thirst quenching refreshments.
August is Spinal Muscular Atrophy Awareness Month. Proceeds from this event will be donated to Jess https://www.instagram.com/thejessicajanzen/ and founder of https://www.instagram.com/loveforlewiston/ Jess works tirelessly to raise awareness of SMA and with your help, we can change the course of SMA
