In her past positions at The City of Winnipeg, Winnipeg 1 School Division, and in her role as a Human Rights Officer with the Canadian Human Rights Commission, Suenita has coached employees on eliminating toxic behaviours and emotions from the workplace. Her workplace experience is complemented by her training at the Chopra Center in SanDiego and The Robin Sharma Personal Mastery Academy (Toronto).
