In her Mindfulness Meditation & Grief Retreat: Softening My Heart, based on her 8-week program, Melissa shares her 3 personal experiences of loss, as she connects the dots to find a lesson, a meaning, and a legacy in each beautiful life. This program is limited to 12 spaces to allow for a sacred circle of sharing, deep inner listening, and release with healing. You will be gently guided through the stages of grief - practicing breathwork, gentle movements, and guided meditations. Melissa will share with you how to connect the dots in your own beautiful life, and how to honour your loved ones.

What should I bring? Yoga mat, meditation cushion (optional), comfy snuggly clothing, blanket or shawl for your comfort, journal & pen, water.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? Yes, no problem!

Can I update my registration information? Yes, of course.

What is the cancellation policy? Please know that when you register for a session, a limited and valued spot is reserved. We do not offer refunds, there is no cost to transer or gift your spot/ticket to someone else.
