The sitting practice of meditation creates the space to become more present with ourselves and our breath. The practice is personal yet profound. Through a consistent practice we can create new neural pathways in our brain that help to cultivate patience, tranquility, perspective, and optimal health.
In this 45 minute class a new topic will be introduced during each class that will help you build upon your own personal practice. You will then be guided into a meditation where you will enjoy your own personal transformation.
Meditation time will gradually build to 20 minutes. To help support your practice, essential oils will be offered.
Cushions, blankets, and yoga mats are available.
