Mindfulness Meditation: Weekly Classes

Join Josh Cohen on Wednesdays and Adriane David on Sundays for a guided exploration of the mindfulness-based approach to meditation. These weekly 45 min classes will cover techniques to help focus and calm the busy thinking-mind, and connect our attention to what is happening in the present moment.
When we bring our attention to the present moment, we see things as they are: transient and impermanent. This creates the space and objectivity required to handle the challenges that are inherent in our day-to-day lives.
The sessions will include a guided meditation as well as a question and answer period. No curiosity is insignificant and this is a safe space in which to explore and practice with fellow meditators.
