Yoga Session

Yoga led by Paluna Santamaria - Paluna was introduced to Zen meditation and yoga by her father at the age of six. However, always interested in movement, she used meditation and yoga as a way to calm her busy mind and dance and sports as a way to build her physical practice. She started teaching “movement” since the tender age of 16 by assisting her former ballet teacher and never stopped. 17 years later she continues to develop herself as an athlete and a teacher in a wide variety of disciplines while continuing to rely on meditation and yoga to keep balance.

Food and light refreshments to follow!
