Week 2: Energizer + Shifter Breathwork

Description | During this session, you will experience the impact of audible breath patterns. Learning how breath, movement and sound can improve our energy and our productivity.

Meet Your Presenter | Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Social Work and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Hungry for Happiness Wellness Coach, and Pause Breathwork Facilitator. She hosts The Reel Life Freedom podcast and is a Wellness Leader working with humans who have a desire to bring wellness and presence to their life.
