Extensive research has revealed that practicing mindfulness can help to reduce anxiety and stress and increase resilience. In this session, we will explore how mindfulness can help you become more resilient and experience more contentment and peace in your daily life.
This workshop includes:
A variety of approaches to practicing mindfulness

- Mindful movement

About the Presenter
Anju Joshi is a retired gerontologist from McMaster University’s Department of Health, Aging and Society. She has been practicing yoga and meditation for twenty years and is a trained and experienced yoga and meditation teacher.
