Join Jenny Gomes, a certified yoga instructor, who has recently completed her Master of Arts in Leadership focusing on the benefits of mindfulness in leadership programs, in an hour-long workshop. This workshop focuses on explaining what is mindfulness, its benefits, and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life.
