About this event
The event will have 8 small workouts, beginning every hour throughout the 8 hour time period and there will be fun fundraising activities all day. We will also have Micheal Landsberg, celebrity champion who is a strong mental health and addictions ambassador. After publicly talking about his own struggle with depression for decades, Landsberg founded #SickNotWeak: a nonprofit dedicated to eradicating stigma and building community.
