At MindScents we recognize how empowering it is to stay connected to other women. We have both personally experienced the power of combining mindfulness with therapeutic essential oils in our own daily wellness routines and it has helped us to manage stress much more effectively. Now we want to share this with other women and help you experience these benefits first hand.
Our biweekly online women's group starts with meaningful discussions around topics related to self care, emotional wellness and life-long resilience in which we support, empower and connect authentically with each other. This is followed by learning about the therapeutic benefits of specific essentials oils and combining them with mindful movement, breath work and a guided relaxation.
** We keep things interesting with a new and relevant focus topic and new essential oils to learn about each week so everyone benefits from attending regularly. We promise you will leave feeling renewed, inspired, grounded and more relaxed!
