When was the last time you had a patient complain that they sleep too well? Probably never. Your patients can improve their sleep to enhance performance at work, their attention span, mood and energy levels. Sleeping well also helps them to lose weight faster, balance blood sugars and heal from injuries. Any downsides? Not really!
Unfortunately, few health care professionals are taught the essentials of sleep management in their professional training. You should be teaching your patients how to sleep better, because of the numerous positive benefits it has on their health.
Health care needs to switch to a preventive and proactive model, and that starts with you. Rather than waiting for policy to change, change your own practice, starting today.
This event will teach you the essentials of sleep hygiene and sleep compression therapy that you can start using in your practice today. You’ll gain access to digital handouts that you can use in your practice and learn when and how to use them.
What else will you get out of this? You’ll have extra skills and tools to use with your patients to address those pesky health issues that keep cropping up for them. You’ll make a big impact in the lives of your patients and will see their health skyrocket as a result. What better way to increase your business, than to create “raving fans,” who market your practice for you!
1. Recognizing when your patients need to improve their sleep and gain the knowledge to teach them
2. Implementing basics of sleep hygiene and sleep compression therapy to dramatically shift your patients sleep habits
3. Digital copies of handouts on sleep hygiene and sleep compression therapy
