Studies show that more and more people are feeling the affects of stress. Personal and work lives are more hectic than ever, and most of you feel pressured in all areas of your life.
This event will give you tools to help you overcome the feelings of stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and ultimately prevent burnout. You’ll learn how to feel better and more in control of your life and time. Stress does not need to have a negative impact on your life.
Perhaps you are just feeling a little stress at this junction in your life, or perhaps pro-longed stress is causing a health concern for you. Either way, you will walk away from this event with ways to manage your own mind to reduce stress.
The good news is that you don’t have to make a drastic change to take back your time and feel less stressed. The ways we deal with stress such as emotional eating, alcohol, or even drugs, does not lessen stress it only masks it. In the end, we get a double whammy - a negative impact on our health and the stress is still there!
We are not taught to properly deal with stress, yet it is a prevalent and concerning issue in our society. Stress is an emotional response that comes from our thinking and it is manageable by using the most powerful tool in the body, your brain which you have access to where ever and whenever you need it. This work takes practice and commitment but with proper mental hygiene and harnessing the power of your brain - stress will no-longer run your life.
